What are the causes? This research is using structural capability& new way, and document analysis& comparing to review the causes of changing the abilities of organization in Hu’s presidency.
This research concluding and analyzing, the causes of the change of the organization and the abilities of the Chinese People''s Political Consultative Conference in Hu’s presidency are,
1’ The changes of social composition under the development of economy, the Chinese People''s Political Consultative Conference is the bridge of government and society and it will turn into a new style in order to conform the new social structure. 2’Simultaneously, the Chinese People''s Political Consultative Conference is being the united front organization which is under the system of developing “harmonious socialist society” and “the Scientific Outlook on Development” in Hu’s presidency, and it will stand to the policies which are made by the China government in order to support the resource of the China authority stably. Then, the affection of ideology becomes the cause of the change of the function of organization.
