Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 創新設計研究所 === 103 === In order to recruit more student, The domestic university is taking different strategy and service for attracting students attention.After students enter universities, if school can’t provide that the programs can meet satisfaction of students then the improvement of service quality in university becomes important.Service quality is valued in today&;#39;s society; education is also seen as a service. Different from the traditional method to measure the quality of service, this study based on the existing quality service assessment as the theoretical basis, and then reference the relevant educational service quality literature and focus interview, finally the questionnaire will meet detectable quality of education service. A case studies for this questionnaire that conducting expectation of education service quality and satisfaction of true feelings by an industrial design department of university in northern Taiwan. The results found: students satisfied with overall service quality but the low assessment because the university not realize student’s need. The department of university does not understand the needs of students resulting in low satisfaction with the quality of educational services; various grades of students have different views and demand on service satisfaction.
