Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 技術及職業教育研究所 === 103 === This study is to explore the relationship between the innovative personality traits, innovative teaching self-efficacy, and innovative teaching behavior of Taipei municipal public vocational school teachers. It aims to provide teachers in junior and elementary schools to advance their individual innovative teaching ability in terms of meeting the need of educational talents in current society, and to provide recruitment of school teachers and standards of academic talent requisition.
Based on the study purpose, this research adopts questionnaires. First of all, a literature review constructs the research structure and innovative personality scale, innovative teaching self efficacy scale and innovative teaching behavior scale are developed as survey tools. Targeting at teachers in public vocational high school in 2014 academic year, the survey was conducted by random sampling in proportion. In total, the random sampling is 374 teachers while the returned survey copies are 386 copies. 23 invalid questionnaires were eliminated while 345 valid questionnaires were taken back. The effective response rate is 92%. Based on descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, hierarchical regression analysis and Sobel test for data statistics and analysis, this research is concluded as below:
1. Innovative personality traits from teachers in Taipei municipal public vocational schools convey the positive impact to innovative teaching behavior.
2. Innovative personality traits from teachers in Taipei municipal public vocational schools convey the positive impact to innovative teaching self efficacy.
3. Innovative teaching self-efficacy from teachers in Taipei municipal public vocational schools conveys the positive impact to innovative teaching behavior.
4. Between innovative personality traits and innovative teaching behavior, innovative teaching self-efficacy from teachers in Taipei municipal public vocational schools conveys mediation effects.
