And compare the discrepancy of the opinion from these administration and business high school students, who lived in different background. The study adopted Census questionnaire as research method, and used day division Senior of administration and business high school students, who are participate in the off-campus internship arranged by school in 102 academic year, as research object. And used “ administration and business high school student for learning effectiveness of Internship and Staged Cooperative Education Programs questionnaire” as research tool, totally sent 550 questionnaires. After knockout Invalid questionnaires, we get 450 valid questionnaires, questionnaire availability 81.8%, use these data to make statistical analysis, the following is the conclusion of our study: 1. the opinions of administration and business high school students in our country give learning effectiveness of Internship and Staged Cooperative Education Programs moderate level of agreement. 2. administration and business high school students give higher agreement in “Service skills” and “Interpersonal”, but they give lower agreement in “Self-Identity”. 3. when the research object are women, with the Work-study experience related to administration and business, have six or more license related to administration and business, get high academic achievement, and internships in othe rs internship place or prepared to continue their studies would like to give higher agreement for off-campus internship effectiveness Finally dependent on the result, we give Educational administration, school and follow-up study specific recommendations for reference. 劉曉芬教授 學位論文 ; thesis 0 zh-TW |
