A Study of In-service Teacher Education and Teacher Effectiveness of Beautification Department in Vocational High School in Keelung and Taipei Area

碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 技術及職業教育研究所 === 103 === The purpose of this study were to understand the present situation of in-service teacher education and teacher effectiveness of vocational high School in vocational high School in Keelung and Taipei Area, discuss the differences of different variables of in-service teacher education of beautification department in vocational high school in Keelung and Taipei Area, and further explore the differences and relationships of different in-service teacher education and teacher effectiveness of beautification department teacher in vocational high School. The research of population of the questionnaire investigation was teachers worked in beautification department in vocational high School in Keelung and Taipei area of academic year 2013; sent 99 questionnaires and received 96 effective questionnaires, and the effective response rate was 96％. The research tool was self-edited ”The Questionnaire of In-service Teacher Education and Teacher Effectiveness of Beautification Department in Vocational High School in Keelung and Taipei Area”, and analyzed the received data by descriptive statistics, one-sample T-test, independent sample T-test, one-way ANOVA and regression analysis. The conclusions were as follows: 1. The beautification department teachers&;#39; in-service teacher education &;quot;type of sorting, with&;quot; short-term study school education &;quot;as the highest, remaining sequence is&;quot; degree education &;quot;,&;quot; short-term study off-campus learning &;quot;,&;quot; learning credit. &;quot; 2. The beautification department teachers&;#39; teaching effectiveness of the whole and all levels are well above average level, in which the &;quot;teacher-student relationship&;quot; is the highest, remaining sequence is &;quot;teaching capacity assessment&;quot;, &;quot;education plan Videos &;quot;,&;quot; teaching strategies &;quot;. 3. &;quot; in-service teacher education &;quot; type beautification department teachers will be different because of the teachers&;#39; highest level of education&;quot; and have significant differences, and the highest level of education for teachers of teachers &;quot;Bachelor degree&;quot; significantly higher than the highest level of education as&;quot; Master&;#39;s degree &;quot;of teachers. Highest level of education for teachers of the &;quot; Associates degree &;quot; type of in-service teacher education is not obvious. 4. the beautification department teachers&;#39; &;quot;in-service teacher education&;quot; type and &;quot; teaching effectiveness&;quot; as a whole and all levels in order to &;quot;degree training&;quot; as the highest, remaining sequence is &;quot;short-term study school education&;quot; and &;quot; short-term study off-campus learning&;quot;, &;quot;training credits&;quot; as the lowest.
