The research of population of the questionnaire investigation was teachers worked in beautification department in vocational high School in Keelung and Taipei area of academic year 2013; sent 99 questionnaires and received 96 effective questionnaires, and the effective response rate was 96%. The research tool was self-edited ”The Questionnaire of In-service Teacher Education and Teacher Effectiveness of Beautification Department in Vocational High School in Keelung and Taipei Area”, and analyzed the received data by descriptive statistics, one-sample T-test, independent sample T-test, one-way ANOVA and regression analysis. The conclusions were as follows: 1. The beautification department teachers&;#39; in-service teacher education &;quot;type of sorting, with&;quot; short-term study school education &;quot;as the highest, remaining sequence is&;quot; degree education &;quot;,&;quot; short-term study off-campus learning &;quot;,&;quot; learning credit. &;quot; 2. The beautification department teachers&;#39; teaching effectiveness of the whole and all levels are well above average level, in which the &;quot;teacher-student relationship&;quot; is the highest, remaining sequence is &;quot;teaching capacity assessment&;quot;, &;quot;education plan Videos &;quot;,&;quot; teaching strategies &;quot;. 3. &;quot; in-service teacher education &;quot; type beautification department teachers will be different because of the teachers&;#39; highest level of education&;quot; and have significant differences, and the highest level of education for teachers of teachers &;quot;Bachelor degree&;quot; significantly higher than the highest level of education as&;quot; Master&;#39;s degree &;quot;of teachers.
