Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 土木與防災研究所 === 103 === In light of the coming of scientific and technological transmission era globally, it takes only minute and second of transmitting speed to have data information spread all over the world. While responding to different possibilities of climate changes, to collect and integrate the global hydroinformatic as a way of providing policy maker with data in making decision, has become one of the trends of the future in integrating weather information across national boundaries. For the sake of responding to the possibilities of integrating data in the future, this research has established a hydrologic information platform framework that is flexible and changeable through open group structure, in order to provide a framework for the future in integrating cross region weather information.
TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) is an open style structural framework that for any enterprise or part of its design can through this framework structure to establish its enterprise framework. Therefore, this research has adapted TOGAF as the method of constructing this framework, through TOGAF to construct hydrologic information in integrating storage system structure, to solve data format of each individual department, even though the variable of time effect and transmission that cannot be integrated. Through defining unified data format, the scope of time effect and transmission, therefore can be attempted to enhance the completeness and time efficiency of the data.
