The automatic testing all are outsourcing purchase in most ODM&;#39;s production line, this study developed test software and hardware equipment for automatic camera test , otherwise, the design specification and verification all base on standard test program -Imatest to build in and can meet production line test requirement: consistency 、low cost、 high judgement rate and other request , it can completely replace the use of human determination of the camera&;#39;s image quality. 2. In automatic testing program aspect, we controlling the tablet to face test chart and capture pictures in light box, then upload the picture to the computer system to do the performance analysis, otherwise, online operator operates automatic program just need to press one key , all test easy to operate and test specifications can make adjustments any time depends on product requirement , and can reduce human error to achieve really automatic test concept significantly. 3. Compare the standard camera auto test system purchased by outsourcing, the results of this study confirm the accuracy of the test system has reached more than 95% standard, applied in terms of the production line testing, we can implementing in mass production test if the test results is stable, we can keep developing other auto test system ,when system is more and more mature, it can be extended to other ODM or parts suppliers to achieve win-win state.
