The 21st century is the century of Chinese people, Chinese language and Chinese culture shall become prominent in the world as a mean of communication. This is a chance of a hundred years wait, as Chinese sons and daughters, we should rise along with the wave, take the chance to spread the Chinese culture to the foreigners who seek to be in touch with it. This is an extremely ambitious goal, along with it came many business opportunities and business models.
The 10 ASEAN Nations will be stepping towards a multi-areas cooperation model this year (2015), the official language of ASEAN is English, however, there is no doubt that Chinese language and culture shall be playing a big and influential role after this cooperation, for the factors of its geographical, political, and historical backgrounds. This has encouraged people to study Chinese, cause them to want to be able to speak and understand Chinese culture more.
This paper explore the current education system and education situation of each ASEAN Nations, it pinpoints the fact that the interests in learning Chinese amongst these countries is significantly higher in recent years. However, a number of ASEAN Nations face critical issues on the quantity and quality of educators. Electronic Tag Reading Education System Technology can help ease the issue on lack of teachers and under-qualified teachers by:
1) Electronic Tag Reader incorporates new technology and books together, using digital codes to add sound into traditional books. The Tag Reading Technology is nothing like the traditional learning method of relying on teachers. It is a process of change and revolution of the learning process, and a complete change to traditional reading, it will improve and enrich the process of learning languages dramatically.
