The result showed that attitude ocuppied 85 percent of the key success factors, including self confidence, enthusiasm, leadership, communication and interpersonal ability. And the other 15 percent of the key success factors was expertise. It demonstrated the importance of interpersonal attraction.
Jack Welch said that “ the key success factor of organization is having the talented person . ” Data collected are matched and analysed on Jiu Gong theoretical.
In this study, the first chapter has research motive, research purpose and object of study. The second chapter is literary reviews, including law of attraction, interpersonal attraction theory, and anthroponomy. The chapter three show the hypothesis about the relation between Jiu Gong theoretical and seven roles. The chapter four show the research result. And the final chapter has the conclusion and the suggestion about use of pair.
The result showed that up to 90 percent of chairman and general manager in listed companies supposed our hypothesis, these data not only demonstrated the presence of interpersonal attracition but also explained the different role player between man and man.
