Mobile devices, wearable devices and even robot market is also growing with ten time speed comparing the mainstream market. Mainstream market shift from the PC to the handheld application which is involving technology integration across the systems alone with customized market trend.it is showing a trend of diversification and product life cycle is shorten as well. The demand of related components continues to grow, major suppliers are all actively expanding their factories accordingly. The rapid evolving of the electronics components industry is leaning toward lighter, thinner, shorter and smaller direction. Factories production has been increased as the efficiency and yield rate has been improved significantly and mass production process was improved as well. We can see from the above observation that with the rapidly changing electronics industry, it is facing the need for greater working capital, larger scale and flexible operational factories. Distributors or channel that bridge among users and suppliers are playing increasingly important role. This study is discussing Taiwanese small and medium capacitor distributor’s situation who are facing rapidly changing market. Taiwan&;#39;s industry from OEM, ODM to OBM as well as over sea factories working model may require to be adjusted when facing it. Therefore it explores on whether the critical success factors in the electronics industry is subjected to be changed or not and what is the key factor or vital skills to develop a new critical success factors letting the enterprises to have sustainable business with the market trend, on top of the basic logistics, cash flow and information. This study was mainly conducted by using deep interview with small and medium size capacitor distributors, channel… Looking at the aspects from distributors to the suppliers, from distributors to customers as well as aspects from distributor/channel external and internal current environment, understanding the distributors/channel’s awareness of the critical success factors of relevance to the actual act.
