However, companies are facing more difficulties due to the impact of the internal and external environment. How do the traditional industries in Taiwan increase their competitive capability? The business management strategy requires applying the core capabilities to master the market trends, in order to create different strategies and products within other competitors. The case study company was a cash cow business. It has been successfully operated in motorcycle part manufacturing industry by the rich experience. However, the motorcycle market has gradually become as a saturated market. The case study company has started to transfer their interest in technological electronic mobility scooter which provides physiology monitoring. Three important factors are considered in discussing the business strategy of L Company in this study. First, maintain stable growth and profit in the original cash cow market. Second, enhancing competitiveness and making greater market through vertical integration and horizontal integration with the offshore company. Third, developing private brand products in the future market within planning period. The factors mentioned above will become the key elements of the growth of the case study company.
