By integrating Taiwan&;#39;s resources, we can expand our market in lighting to get Thailand and ASEAN market. Firstly, we will develop a strategy which can bring our company to Top one in Thailand even in ASEAN.
Analysis of the development of the market to get ahead of this strategy, it is mainly by analyzing the market, including the ASEAN market, Taiwan has been extended to the plight of Thailand&;#39;s LED lighting industry,Then correlation analysis for SMEs for policy making. Made possible by an integration of resources, so that a broad road in and create a competitive LED lighting in the Red Sea.
Hope through this thesis, with the analysis of the growth of the Jumpany Co. Ltd., it will make a strategic analysis of the company&;#39;s existing resources, it will include analysis of competitive analysis and strategic alliance LED lighting market products, hoping that a study to many SMEs choose how by resource integration allows companies to open a small broad circumstances., and they can achieve extraordinary business.
