In this study, RFID technology is introduced into the logistics management; we first sort out the performance index of logistics services (SWOT Analysis) according to the characteristics of logistics service management organization, and then combined with BSC, through logistics services financial capacity, logistics efficiency of internal processes, learning and growth of logistics services, customer service capabilities, such as logistics services experts selected facets, to fetch the relative weight values of various dimensions and indicators of expert opinions using the AHP analysis. According to the analysis results, this study finds that the RFID system is relative to the profit and loss analysis of all indicators in the most important indicator, military logistics services in the face of internal and external pressures privatization restructuring, we must pay attention to the situation of RFID systems and loss analysis, in order to avoid the RFID system operation process of the possible costs of the loss caused by external, while the efficiency of the management as to help reduce the cost of the loss of logistic service weapon. Based on the sensitivity and efficiency of command, management, communications, and intelligence, logistics information security-related matters in the future is still an important issue. Finally, the conclusions of this study believe that the financial ability, logistics internal process efficiency and resource planning system integration and master information, with core capabilities of logistical units can help military logistics to face future challenges.
