Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 製造科技研究所 === 103 === Total internal reflection surface of the secondary optic parts were designed uneven thickness, which lead to the injection molding shrinkage and optical angle is too large. This thesis is to study the molding parts size near to the original design can be acquired. Moldex3D software and Taguchi method L18(21×37) orthogonal arrays were used to analyze the injection molding parts. Shrinkage at inside cavities and outside cavities (eight-cavity mold) under seven control factors. The control factors were also determined whether significant through analysis of variance (ANOVA) and compared the shrinkage reduce between original and optimal molding parameters.
Results show that the significant factors influence the S/N ratio are the melt temperature, mold temperature and filling time, respectivity. Moldex3D CAE analysis show the total average shrinkage at inside cavities reduces from 0.158 mm (original design) to 0.134 mm (optimal design), improvement value is 0.024 mm. To measuring the optical quality, secondary optic parts get from injection molding, the optical angle decreases from 10.8 ° (original design) to 8.9 ° (optimal design), improvement value is 1.9 °. This study is to be verified the optical quality of secondary optic parts can be obtained.
