| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 製造科技研究所 === 103 === With the change of industry environment and global competition, ISO 9001-8D Report already becomes the most important subject discussed by manufacturing industry.
Therefore, this study intends to discuss is the critical opportunity for domestic manufacturing industry to carry out ISO 9001: 2008-8D Report significant related to the effect of leading in it. In addition, is there significant association between company’s background information and its applying motivation &; the time of the company obtains ISO is also the subject which this research want to discuss about.
This research Uses descriptive statistical analysis to manufacturing industry, from the aspects of ten factors (product delivery time, product quality, compatibility, service attitude, comprehensive service, employees&;#39; diathesis, customers&;#39; truth and approval, productive capacity of equipment , professional ability, customers&;#39; requirement) to discuss the critical opportunity to lead in 8D Report in ISO 9001:2008 quality control systems. Uses the way of pairs sample t test to seven items (the customers’ satisfaction, the reject ratio, customers’ complain times , rate of reaching the delivery time, business profitability, rate of reaching the standard of education and training, the suppliers’ appraisal) , to analyze is there obvious effects after the company leads in ISO 9001:2008-8D Report. And use Chi-square Test of Independence to analyze is there significant correlation between the background information (foundation history, employee’s number) and applying motivation &; the time of the company obtains ISO.
The research conclusions are as follows:
1.The opportunity of leading in ISO 9001: domestic manufacturing industries think that &;quot;leading in ISO 9001 will affects the customers’ trust and approval”, and the opportunity is the most important.
2.The effect of leading in ISO 9001-8D Report: the customers’ satisfaction, the reject ratio during the manufacturing, customers’ complain times every month, rate of reaching customers’ standard of delivery time, business profitability, rate of reaching the standard of education and training, the suppliers’ appraisal, these seven items shows that leading in ISO 9001:2008 8D Report is persistently effective for manufacturing industries.
3.Background correlation: the company’s applying motivation is significant correlate with the foundation history; the time of the company obtains ISO is significant correlate with foundation history.
