Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 經營管理系碩士班 === 103 === In recent years, with the gaining popularity of the Internet of things, all the major manufacturers have researched and developed related applications on the fields including energy smart and intelligent medical to stimulate business opportunities, and the Smart home played an important role in Internet of Things gradually. Smart home related products is an emerging industry, following the past experience, the industry often tends to focus on technical development and integration, and less in consumer demand orientation for a starting point. Therefore, in this study the focus group interviews and analytic network process were used to explore the key factors affecting consumer use smart home services in order to assess and provide programs on the assistance related businesses, meanwhile it also intended to understand the problem and countermeasures of manufacturers currently faced with and hope to realize the needs and ideas of both supply and demand for improving product research and development. Then it could be as references for our government to promote related industries and the strategy. The results found that: consumers want the Smartphone-oriented operation, and pay attention on the use of interface accessibility, Product compatibility, reasonably priced as well as to provide social interaction and give priority to the user&;#39;s live specifications. Manufacturers emphasized on the information should be recorded by the cloud management, lack of killer applications, nor in response to consumer demand, joining the appropriate international agreements union or establishing their own regional agreements before without unified communication agreements. Also the Taiwan market is too small and the information security issues still needs to be resolved, especially in the hope that the Government will vigorously provide funds, leading and suppor.
