This work can be used for the various dc source of industrial equipments. The system consists of two power converter topologies and a digital controller. The power converter circuit composed of a phase-shifted full-bridge (PSFB) topology and LLC half-bridge (LLC-HB) topology. The PSFB shares the lagging leg with the LLC-HB and their outputs are paralleled to distribute the current. For power distribution at the rated load, PSFB converter stresses most of the output power while the LLC-HB converter works as an auxiliary power supply that only load a small portion of the total power. The designed and implemented phase-shifted full-bridge combined with LLC resonant topology realizes zero voltage switching (ZVS) to decrease switch loss and increase system efficiency.
