Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 電子工程系研究所 === 103 === With the rapid evolution of the global technology, the smart products will gradually replace the desk-top PC. In the future, it is age of humane wearable device. At the present time, wearable devices could measure physiological signals and monitor physical state in motion. As the former researches results, training exercise habits can effectively reduce incidences of chronic diseases and decline the happened-age of cardiovascular diseases. According to the results of Statistics of Health Promotion Administration, Ministry of Health and Welfare in Taiwan in 2014, chronic disease is the main reason causing death. The chronic disease causing by smoking is closely related to leading cause of death. The best way to improve health is to quit smoking and exercise. According to the research, young adult smoker who have exercise habit have lower addiction of Nicotine. Therefore, we discuss the impact of the exercise for cardiovascular function of smokers. In this study, we use a comfortable wearable device to make an incremental exercise experiment. And analyze the HRV and BP for young adult smokers who have different exercise habit. The study found that heart rate and blood pressure in rest and arteriosclerosis index are similar between young adult smoking group and non-smoking group. However, SDNN of smoking group is lower than non-smoking group at rest in HRV analysis (39.5±10.6 ms vs. 50.5±10.3 ms). The result show that non-smoking group has better heart function than smoking group. In smoking group, people who are sport participant have higher SDNN than people who are not either at rest (48.3±6.7 ms vs. 32.4±7.2 ms) or during exercise (89±4.3 ms vs. 58.6±14 ms). Smoking sport participant group have higher SDNN than non-smoking sedentary group at rest (48.3±6.7 ms vs. 43.4±6.4 ms) or during exercise (89±4.3 ms vs. 66.4±10.4 ms). According to the experiment result and paper research, regular exercise can help smoking group has better heart function in HRV analysis. We provide comfortable wearable device to collect physiological signal in long-term. And it provide a value to make estimate for health improvement in exercise.
