Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 資訊工程系研究所 === 103 === With the advances of embedded system, communication technology and sensing devices, the wireless sensor network (WSN) has been applied extensively to various environments recently. It not only serves as the basic network architecture for the state-of-the-art internet of thing (IoT) systems but also be applied to large scale industrial automatic sensing environments. When deployed in the industrial environment, the WSN often consists of a great amount of low powered sensing nodes, which communicate with each other through low speed and unstable wireless communication links. Therefore, multiple path routing protocols are usually employed in such networks to perform path recovery process for the reliable packet transmission in the case of link breakdown. The stability and network performance of multipath routing protocols have thus become dominant factors in deploying WSN successfully for the industrial applications. The thesis focus on the wireless sensor network which is based on IEEE 802.11b or IEEE 802.15.4, and using NCTUns simulation software to build the simulation platform. We can analysis the performance of both protocol on the wireless sensor network and improve by implementing LOAD and RPL routing protocol on NCTUns.
