Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 有機高分子研究所 === 103 === This study used the conductive carbon black and polyurethane as a new material,and the prepolymer was reacted by ether-type poly(tetramethyleneglycol)(PTMO) as soft segments and 4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) as hard segments. We added some carbon black into prepolymer as the conductive material, because the carbon black has good conductivity and can increase the conductivity of the composite material. It can be applied to the conductive material , thermal conductivity material, heating materials and other purposes.
The structures of nanocomposites chemical were investigated by FTIR spectra .The microstructure were analyzed by SEM. The physical properties of nanocomposites were investigated by DMA, and Four-point probe. The experimental results is the more carbon black you added in, the more conductivity the composite material has. After electricity, the composite material which has more carbon black can produce more heat, and we try to find the best heating efficiency.
