Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 有機高分子研究所 === 103 === Because of polyurethane(PU) has many good physical and mechanical properties, and its composition can be adjusted by the ratio of the hard and soft segments to create a variety of different functions of the product. However, polyurethane are combustible, it will be limited the material in construction, development of transport. The early development of fire retardant is halogen-based flame retardants. This retardants are effect and due to the good mechanical properties in materials, it had been used for past, but later discovered that due to halogen-based flame retardant when burned will produce toxic gases, causing environmental pollution and damage to human , so they are disabled. Ammonium polyphosphate(APP) added to materials can be destruction mechanical properties but more friendly to the environment. This thesis used melamine resin-coated ammonium polyphosphate prepared MFAPP. APP added to polyurethane and MFAPP also do that to evaluate the materials of the two flame retardants and this paper using the limiting oxygen index analyzer, vertical burning tester, thermal gravimetric analysis, infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and computer-controlled material testing machine to analysis the thermal properties of the APP/PU, MFAPP/PU and fire-retardant properties and mechanical properties to do a series of discussions. Found MFAPP/PU in flame retardancy and mechanical properties are good than the APP/PU.
