Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 資訊與財金管理系碩士班 === 103 === The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is an essential technique for handling complex decision problems. It has many applications in government, business, industry, healthcare, and education. Because of the popular use of AHP, how to provide an easy to use computer tool to assist users in applying the AHP becomes increasingly important. Sensitivity analysis in AHP provides the users a way to see how the uncertainty of the system outputs responds to the uncertainty of the inputs. A computer tool that allows the users to adjust the inputs and the outputs and observe the corresponding effects would be helpful. The difficulty in providing the computer tool is in that most needed functions and software components for sensitivity analysis in AHP cannot be found in the market and have to be implemented from scratch. We cooperated with a local company to provide computer software for sensitivity analysis in AHP. The software is implemented using Visual Business.NET In this paper, we describe the functions of the software and state how the software is implemented. Pictures and figures are provided to show the easiness and details of the software. A real demonstration of the software will be provided in the oral presentation of the paper.
