Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 建築與都市設計研究所 === 103 === Plaster has been widely used in both ancient and modern times. Given its varied forms and easy processing, plaster is employed extensively in interior decoration. Plaster can be recycled and reused again, so it is more beneficial in terms of environmental protection compared to other macromolecular materials. As a result, plaster can definitely be used to develop lighting products of more variety and functions in terms of innovative development and application of materials. Through the literature collection and analysis of plaster materials, this study aims to properly apply the characteristics of plaster to lighting design. In addition to understanding the development of integrated plaster materials and light sources, the study thoroughly explores the application methods of integrated plaster lighting and building materials, considers their varied combinations and their material characteristics and emotional effects. The final results of the research show that (1) given the characteristics of plaster materials, exterior design was not limited to standardized specifications; besides, the same plane formed by plaster lighting installed on the wall satisfied basic lighting needs as well as decorative and artistic functions; (2) the study adopted TracePro to conduct optical simulation and analysis. In the design process, TracePro’s Light Distribution Curve and illumination chart were used to conduct observations and repeatedly verify the influence of lighting design on lighting effects and readily identify the most suitable design plan; (3) plaster lighting achieved the goals of design in visual comfort and material details, and examinees expressed the highest satisfaction with the overall integration of plaster lighting and walls. The results show that the project satisfied the dual values of functionality and artistry in the design of plaster lighting.
