Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 材料科學與工程研究所 === 103 === Fabrication of Fe/Zn doped hydroxyapatite(HA) by in situ chemical vapor deposition.Preparation the biocompatible of iron/zinc-doped hydroxyapatite using ferrous chloride and zinc chloride, and changing the process temperature and time.Then burned into the iron and zinc-doped tricalcium phosphate at high temperature.The finished product by XRD analysis, the experimental results found that the addition ferrous chloride concentration reaches 0.02M or zinc chloride concentration above 0.15M or more, strength of new phase higher than the hydroxyapatite phase and shown to have the iron oxide or peak zinc.While adding 0.012M ferrous chloride and 0.01M zinc chloride to hydroxyl apatite, can not find the peak of zinc oxide and iron oxide, and can be converted to iron and zinc-doped tricalcium phosphate via the high temperature.The finished product by SEM analysis,the element content of Fe and Zn is close of 0.012M Fe- 0.01M Zn-HA.The SEM analysis can be evidence from ICP and XRF.
The tricalcium phosphate added zinc and iron in the external magnetic field can increase the ambient temperature of the bone area can contribute to the eradication of tumor cells, increase antibacterial function, the growth of new bone tissue and can reduce healing time, as a human hard tissue repair and replacement material.
