In this study, CZO films have been prepared on glass substrate by ultrasonic spray method using zinc acetate, copper acetate and ammonium acetate aqueous solution as precursors. The electrical and optical properties of the prepared CZO films and the ZnO/CZO diodes were discussed. This study contains two parts. Firstly, this study prepared CZO films with different Cu concentration from 10% to 30%. The electrical and optical properties of CZO films were investigated and compared by many measurements.
