Summary:博士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 工商管理研究所 === 103 === In flourishing IT industry of current years, quality and price become the basic factor to get the order, and the key factor to win the order contributes to the speed of fulfillment and thus the competition for enterprise becomes the competition of supply chain. In response to the characteristic of short product lifecycle, the long-term relationship with supply chain is getting more important. The activities of collaborative developing, verifying and bidding become the necessary process to win the new customer and orders. The research for the collaborative model of B2B customer chain is few and incomprehensive. This study adds the characteristic of technical support and collaborative and analyzes the process of customer searching, relation establishing, product developing and verifying, vendor qualifying, requirement getting, order getting and become the primary or secondary vendor.This study is the first one to base on the CCOR model of SSC and break down the relate, sell and contact stage of B2B process. Destruct and analyze the detail process of customer chain level by level, modify the level 3 of CCOR by Delphi Method to fit the specific demand of Mainboard Industry and then construct the collaborative model of Mainboard Industry. Finally, verify this model by real case to expect to provide the reference for industry of how to plan the customer chain.
