Establish a mutual partnership together to complete the work together. Way through interviews, research priorities are as follows: 1: the public and private sectors have different roles and functions in the position of Partnership Partnership program during execution. 2:government regulations set TTQS standard vocational training system management, investment industry professionals to enhance labor program ─ independent study program standard system is perfect, whether it has considered the position of people in this thinking. 3: Trade unions faced TTQS standard system requirements, the implementation plan of the problems and difficulties.
