However, from this study and conceptualization of the management practices of the construction industry, the construction industry generally believe that revenue and profitability is poor. The purpose of this study was to understand the role of the business model in building management, and learn how the case company huge costs in high-quality and high style, but also to maintain the established profit. This object is achieved through specific research questions, interview top A construction company's executives, and to obtain relevant information. This study follows the qualitative research method and case study. The main data collection method is through the contents of the interview data, aggregated from. This study confirms the business model to explore the development and analysis of the construction industry is very appropriate. However, the business model in the use of the relevant elements of the activity must have a comprehensive understanding. The results show that the construction company is currently competing for the value of key business model is too similar. In fact, the traditional business model, ignoring the customer point of view point of view, most of the past are beginning to range from internal efficiency, rather than creating value for customers. Thus, the general construction company is usually handled by one program to manage, but there is no clear customer-oriented business model, buried a clear long-term vision and business objectives, will exceed the target of growth and sustainable development of the whole throw all in behind. A good business model for the entire construction industry or construction companies, providing administrators a starting point for reform. While creating value for customers, but also the implementation of a value creation and value capture activities for the enterprise itself, as a breakthrough in the current thinking, contributed to the long-term efficiency and sustainable development of enterprises.
