The main idea of this research discusses about “The Business Strategy of Marketing Company in Taiwan Used Car Loans Industry”.The main results in this paper are as follows : Upgrade the core competency: The strategy of differentiation from competitor: First, make a entrust agreement. The strategy of increase the value added : Second, Increasing the quality control of cases, and assist in cases management and debt collection. Transform the company into finance company. The strategy of communicate with customers: Third , use innovative electronic commerce to seek for prospective customers. Adjacencies: Fourth, provide selling service to regular customer and strategic alliance with used car dealer . White space: Finally, develop the layaway plan.
