碩士 === 東海大學 === 建築學系 === 103 === The purpose of this research study is to investigate the case by comparison immigration to sustainable development in the case of a different background. This paper analyzes the authoritarian colonial society, and a democratic society after the recovery, the attitude of the natural environment, industrial development and settlement planning, sustainable development is concerned, the presentation of the practice of commonality and divergence, and to search the way of sustainable development of the community in FengTian. In this study, the results of the reference case of the foreign community, and consider Taiwan's natural environment in rural areas, summarized the discussion of community sustainability and loss of infrastructure, divided into environmental, economic, social, quality of life for four. By community field research, interviews, organize the historical development of the FengTian communities, followed by the perspective of sustainable communities, the FengTian community into the Japanese colonial period, after the recovery of the former community building and community building after three periods View Community at different periods, different aspects of sustainable development. Finally, the integrated analysis of three periods, through diachronic to explore four face, with the change of time and social context, the sustainability of the changes in each period based on people's "life goals" generated, at all levels of sustainable development in a corresponding manner. The results show: the colonial period under the totalitarian society, immigration village has a strong external forces, settlement development in the official operation, quick lack of local demand, social and economic autonomy is low, but the level of settlement planning point of view, immigration to the mode of operation to a sustainable perspective, and today's construction market mechanisms, is more suitable for the rural environment, quality of life is relatively high. After 1945, FengTian community due to changes in production patterns, expanding demand on the environment, the sharp rise in resources development, for environmental perturbations such that the natural environment is out of balance. FengTian communities are experiencing recovery environment, under the government and residents own impetus, with conservation concepts and modern technology to minimize the environmental impact of the substance. The paper concludes with some suggestions for sustainable development of the FengTian Community, as the future development of communities different ways of thinking.
