In this Thesis, we attempt to develop a communication system between a mini ECG recorder and an Android smart phone or a personal computer. We expect such related systems may be popularized to the homes to achieve high efficiency and high quality of home care services. In addition, we thoroughly test the system to observe the performance and sensitivity under different conditions and the connectivity between the ECG recorder and the Bluetooth receiver.
