Thus, a reliable ECG signal may help doctors, nurses, or medical techni-cians to correctly diagnose the diseases at the earliest possible time and do a proper treatment for the patients. In this Thesis, we attempt to develop a communication system between a mini ECG recorder and an Android smart phone or a personal computer. We expect such related systems may be popularized to the homes to achieve high efficiency and high quality of home care services.
In addition, we thoroughly test the system to observe the performance and sensitivity under different conditions and the connectivity between the ECG recorder and the Bluetooth receiver. Finally, we use the practical system to verify the feasibility.
