It is considered as a helpful interactional media for us to search for a lot of information on it. Because the blog can be easily used and the interaction through it is good enough, so more and more people use the blogs and make them possible to apply to many other aspects. This study aims to find out what factors might significantly influence high school teachers’ selection of teaching blog and the relative importance of these inluences. According to the literature review, the study arranges four significant dimentions of high school teachers’ intentions to use blogs to apply to their teaching portfolios, inluding the characteristics of the personality, the usage interface, the school , the community and fourteen possible successful key factors. The object of this study is high school teachers in present jobs with the way of convenience sampling. The hypothesises can be examined through the analysis of liner regression. The results indicate that school support, peers influences, altruism, codification efforts, compatibility, perceived enjoyment, loss of knowledge advantages and the perceived ease of use are the important indicators to identify whether high school teachers use teaching blogs or not.
