Summary: | 碩士 === 亞洲大學 === 經營管理學系碩士在職專班 === 103 === Owing to the development of society and reconstruction of family system, the education and care for early childhood become inseparable. In addition to the regular staff, all affiliated kindergartens of public elementary schools in Taiwan should employ one extra educare giver at present in order to make sure all early childhood would be educated and nursed properly. In fact, the service quality of educare givers is a key factor in determining the early childhood’s quality of education and care. This study designs questionnaire based on the some related literatures (e.g., service quality). After retrieving the questionnaire, this study uses SERVQUAL questionnaire and Importance—Performance Analysis (IPA) to analyze the difference between the parents’ expectation and perception about the service quality of additional educare givers in affiliated kindergartens of public elementary schools; and then finds out what is the key item for improving service quality of additional educare givers. Expert interview method is also applied in this study. The results of this study show that the priority item for improving is “to make educare giver’s teaching materials more vivacious in order to attract more attention from the early childhood”. Therefore, the educare givers should understand and overcome the above problems and difficulties in order to enhance the parents’ satisfaction.
