Taiwan itself is an important place to produce computer parts,so it’s easy to get all products, and thus there are all kinds of retailers.As large as 3C malls to smaller individual stores, and even online ones, all come into the market. Due to the rising of smartphones and tablet PCs in recent years , there are some changes in the PC DIY market, and it seems to gradually decline in some ways. On the contrary, mobile devices seem to have a great growth, some of their functions even replace computers, and become the new favorite of digital de-vices. In order to follow the stream of the market, the retailers of computer parts may need to adjust their strategies. In the meager profit age, they should develop different policies, promote added values, use network to provide online con-soles, and combine physical and virtual stores to promote competitiveness.
