A according to the results of 2012 the Ministry of Finance data in 2012, Taiwan's SMEs account for 97.67% of all enterprises. However, it is relatively difficult operation of SMEs, because they usually attached to large enterprises SMEs to survival and development, and operation of SMEs independent living space were gradually squeezed. This study discusses Critical Factors include the entrepreneur's personality, entrepreneurial strategy, business performance and entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurship and leadership in the success of small and medium business by using AHP approach, and its sources the main elements of a comparative analysis of the evaluation index. The results from the study showed that the experts believe that the main factors of success for the small and medium business are leadership styles and personality traits, there encouraging open personality and soul, and individualized care are most important. Therefore, in this study, inference, entrepreneurs at the start, to have an open personality traits, and to inspire the soul and individualized care as a leader in style, it will improve the success of the venture. The results of this study provided to the entrepreneurs at the start future reference basis.
