We invite 10 people, one of these people who got the most serious injury of cervical spinal cord injury, to participate in the studies. We interviewed them with the method of semi-structured in-depth to collect data to analyze how participants face themselves, their family, the pressure from the social environment from the incident and the process of rehabilitation. We analyze the participants from personal feelings, motivation, cautious thinking ability, techniques, supports and opportunities from the society, such as a home network, significant others, voluntary organizations, community groups and public sector strengths resources, in a Strength Perspective way. Summarized as ; (A) The individual personality traits, underlying belief, expertise or abilities.(B) The resources of the external social support.(C) The interactions of point A and B, adaptation strategies for break-through environmental obstacles strengths. Secondly, there are nine points of the conclusion: (A) The support from cervical spinal cord injury person and spinal cord injury peer group (B) The life of modern science and technology of effective support for Cervical spine injuries of reconstruction and development. (C)Multiple convenient accessibility to the transport system and the Mobility tools aids of the Cervical spinal cord injury with help of social participation. (D) Medical institutions a lack of cervical spinal cord injury person face problems after discharge from hospital to understanding. (E) Care and support needs. (F)Barrier-free public environment demands. (G) Job training and employment service needs. (H) The interpersonal relationship. ( I ) Rights advocacy and action.
