| Summary: | 碩士 === 慈濟大學 === 公共衛生學系碩士班 === 103 === Since November 2014, Hualien City has advised and assisted some stores to get the official certificate of elderly goodwill service, which standard was adopted by the principles of Age-friendly New York City. However, there is not any exploratory or empirical studies based on these store owners’ understandings of elderly goodwill service, their willingness and difficulties when they met on providing the service. The government has no related information to support or amend the counseling strategies for elderly goodwill service. The purposes of the present study were to understand: 1. The profiles of support elderly goodwill services were provided by Hualien City stores. 2.The association factors of the willingness and difficulties on providing the services in Hualien City Stores. 3.The priority of support elderly goodwill services would be promoted by local government.This was the cross-section study during November 2014 to June 2015. We used the semi-structured questionnaire to collect data by face to face. The total samples were 56 stores from 63 stores in Hualien City. The results showed that stories decision maker has less understood in elderly goodwill service and elderly aging, 48% of stories are willing to provide elderly goodwill service, and we found that the priorities of the elderly services for government to promote was easy for wheelchair to pass in and out and provide adequate lighting, channel kept clean and dry accessible,fall prevention restroom for people with disabilities and trafficking in food for the elderly. According to all the above results, the present study suggested that it's really important to negotiated and educated with related apartment to cooperate the policy promotion.
