碩士 === 基督教台灣浸會神學院 === 基督教神學研究所 === 103 === The study is based on the leadership training of Xin Dian Covenant Church, which the Senior Pastor values it a lot. Indeed, churches do need to train the co-workers and members to help them find out their visions and develop their personal gifts for God to use. Impact Bible School (IBS) started in 2011. IBS provides a short course which lasts for six months, invites Bible, almighty ministry, and theology teachers all around the world as major speakers. The main purpose of IBS is to equip the laymen, full-time workers, and pastors in a short time. Through this course, six of the students became full-time workers at church. In order to find out the mindset that transforms from students to co-workers, the researcher interviewed and summarized what the students had learned, in order to share the results to different churches. When the sheep are welling to be changed, their leaders will be able to lead them forward and to fulfill the God’s will for the church. This world needs those leaders who are “well-trained,” and no matter full-time or not, workers also need a place to have them be trained. The researcher hope that churches nowadays can pay more attention to leadership training, cultivate more and more workers in God’s kingdom, and spread the name of Christ widely.
