In this study, I want to select the samples from the teachers in an elementary school and explore the effectiveness and the satisfaction of teachers’ environmental education learning. So,collect the datas with the designed questionnaires, and analyse the effective datas with the method of grey relational analysis;finally,the results are inducted and the suggestions are given.The designing of the questionnaire bases on the basic structure of many scholars’ theories about the dimentions of satisfaction to find out the attributes of environmental education learning and the order of the attributes of the satisfaction of teachers’ learning ; also,check out the practical effectiveness of environmental education learning and the relative importance of the learning effectiveness and satisfaction.And then explore the degree of the teachers’ satisfaction after joining the three types of environmental education learning;and understand the degree of the teachers’ satisfaction to the cognition of the eight topics of environmental education courses and the order of the attributes of the satisfaction of teachers’ learning courses.The results show that the maximum influence of the satisfaction attribute to online learning courses is the planning and designing of the learning curriculums;the minimum is interactive relationship.
