Finally . The study investigated the relationship between principals' knowledge leadership and effectiveness of schools , and analyzed the pre-dictability that the principals' knowledge leadership had on predicting ef-fectiveness of school innovation management. The survey consisted of 684 teacher from 36 elementary schools in Tainan City.The collected data was analyzed by t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe post hoc comparison, Pearson prouct- moment correlation analysis and Stepwise Multiple Regression.The results of the study are as follows: 1. The perception of teachers in elementary schools from Tainan City to-ward whole principals’ knowledge leadership and effectiveness of school innovation management is above average. 2.There is significant difference in elementary schools teacher’s perception on principles knowledge leadership in terms of different position,school size, and school location. 3. There was significant difference in elementary schools teacher’s percep-tion on effectiveness of school innovation management in terms of different sex, and school location. 4. There was significant positive correlation in elementary schools teacher’s perception between principals’ knowledge leadership and effectiveness of school innovation management of elementary schools in Tainan City. 5.The principals’ knowledge leadership had significant effects on predicting effectiveness of school innovation management of elementary schools in Tainan City. According to those conclusions, some useful suggestions had been pre-sented to educational administrative organizations, the elementary school principals, teachers, and future studies.
