By using the management system, it can provide information to managers in order to make decisions. However, it should be noticed that, general management systems tend to cost high and might not be suitable to pellet rental industry because lack of the knowledge of pellet rental industry. In order to provide a management system to benefit the target company, the research will mainly focus on the target Company and foreign pellet rental industry.
The research object is the pellet rental company in Taiwan. Because the business of the company is becoming far larger than before, the old management system is not good enough to managers to get the information about the latest number of goods in stock or the selling number up to date. As the result, using a new system to conform all the information is necessary. Because the company does not have enough budgets to purchase the brand new system, the new management system will base on the VBA, which is the function that is included in Microsoft Excel.
In order to build up the system, the research will collect, study and analyse the renting procedures, pellet managing and human resource, then use these data to build up the database to store all the information. What is more, in order to increase the accuracy and efficiency in pellet managing. An analysing system will be provided as well. The leader in the industry, providing an efficient and time-saving system is not only help the company to deal with difficulties but also boost the industry.
