This study contains in-depth interviews in order to collect data.
Interviews took place in Kagaya and Nisshouseikagaya.
The time it was taken place was between the first half of 2013
to the latter half of 2015.
There are a total of 10 subjects including Nisshouseikagayas executives and its customers.
The results showed that business culture of Nisshouseikagaya’s sincere service plays an important role in both Japan and Taiwan, and services play the key part.
