Summary: | 碩士 === 南臺科技大學 === 高階主管企管碩士班 === 103 === The purpose of this research is to assess the effect of the supervisor leadership style, organization approbation and work morale. This study’s information is based on a survey given out to our Military Police soldiers. Three hundred and fifty (350) surveys were issued. Three hundred 320 responses were received, fourteen (14) invalid responses were excluded, the remaining 306 valid responses, which indicates the effective response rate of 87.4%. SPSS and AMOS statistics analyze software were used to implement sample factor analysis, confidence testing, descriptive analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, two-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, regression analysis, hierarchical regression and SEM. The research thus reached:
1.Military Police soldiers have different understanding, recognition to supervisor leadership style, organization approbation and work morale. The result shows a notable difference.
2.Different research variable such as the supervisor leadership style, organization approbation. How each variable affects work morale and the differences it creates, adopting the two factor variations number analysis to compare main effect and interaction of variable. The result shows a notable effect, but there is no interaction between one another.
3.Inquire of how supervisors leadership style, organization approbation, morale relate to each other. The result shows a very strong positive correlation to one another.
4.Inquire of how supervisor leadership style, organization approbation, work morale and how they influence each other. The result shows a positive correlation in part of the surveys.
5.Using the SEM to analyze the Military Police solider supervisor leadership style, organization approbation and how each variable influence work morale. The result shows a strong positive correlation.
Base from the survey and the result given, this research provides advice and suggestions for the managing supervisor as a reference to actual situation management operation and upcoming researcher.
