Summary: | 碩士 === 南臺科技大學 === 電子工程系 === 103 === This thesis proposes all-in-one rapid-test reader design with IoT-Oriented data accessing framework. This thesis also presents a new image analysis algorithm for rapid-test readers to perform the unsupervised classification for the immunochromatographic assay with high-definition webcam. The proposed rapid-test reader can determine the concentration of target analyses within a few seconds. The over-all function design includes driver porting, concentration image processing, concentrative auto-calculation, graphic interface unit, server and web programming, database access via network. The rapid-test reader can be used in a wide range of detections, which can be classified as disease, Drug residue, and food constituents.
Due to the promotion of Taiwan government, Electronic Medical Record (EMR) will be a basis to form a medical treatment cloud. The research project collaborates with the technologies of STUST and Kaiwood to develop a low-cost all-in-one rapid-test reader with Hospital Information System (HIS) Access. The core technologies include embedded system design, free software programming and bioengineering. Thus, the competitiveness of proposed rapid-test reader can be raised to a higher level. The proposed rapid-test reader can determine the concentration of target analysis within a few seconds, and can be used in a wide range of applications.
