| Summary: | 碩士 === 南臺科技大學 === 資訊管理系 === 103 === Nowadays, along with the ever-changing technologies, the popularity of computer uses and rapid development of network Information, the government and society have already stepped into the E era comprehensively. As the Air Force is affiliated to high-tech branches of the Army, the information literacy of Air Force personnel are valued seriously in our country. The Air Force personnel have to develop their own information literacy and information ethics to achieve the goal of enhanced character education. Therefore, the development of information literacy and information ethics are regarded as the fundamental basis of character education enhancement. The three constructs: “information literacy”, “information ethics” and “character education” were studied to test the hypothesis and to validate their causality.
The results indicated that the three hypotheses which are culturing information literacy and information ethics of staffs in Air Force correlate closely with the character education of the Air Force personnel.
