| Summary: | 碩士 === 南臺科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 103 === The paper provides a Competency-Based Program of Training Manager for creating more high-quality training specialists. This study is how ADDIE could be implemented in organizational training programs, from analysis based on competency to open the course, and assess the effective till certified the course. According to competency model of training manager, referring Australia Training Packages to plan a competency-based program and approach the effective training and assessment. It is a training manager program as a basis for future professional competency levels of certification training courses. For organizations, adoption of the ADDIE method can provide a structured plan for development. For managers attend the course after learning, enhance the professional capacity, and thus the contribution of the organization to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
