The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between the servant leadership, leader-member exchange, job satifaction and intention to stay. Servant leadership is antecedent variable, intention to stay as the dependent variable, whil adding leader-member exchange and job satifaction interving variable. In the study,using the Tainan air force base employees, empirical analysis found that: 1. Servant leadership have positive significane on intention to stay. 2. The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between the servant leadership, leader-member exchange, job satifaction and intention to stay.
