With the work breakdown structure, we sequence activities, estimate activity resources and activity duration, construct network and Gantt Chart, and finally calculate the completion time of maintenance project, which is 38.5 hours. With the constrained labor resources, resource leveling is used to reschedule the maintenance project, and the completion time of maintenance project is 40.5 hours.
