Summary: | 碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 人類性學研究所 === 103 === This study focuses on imtimate relationship, desire and sex behavior among AIDS-infected gays. The research data was collected at one Pintung county infectious diseases Outdoor Patient Dept. The research cases in this study includes five persons, those who were age from 23 to 53 with regular OPD follow-up, had already confirmed diagnosis as AIDS. One of them was married in the heterosexual relationship and has one kid. Results showed that (1) male gay whose known to have AIDS infected did not affected their urge for intimate relationship and they are still active in their sexual life. (2) Gays focus on the desire needs more than intimate relationship. They separate sex and love, and enjoy the sex more than love. (3) They would tell their sexual partner about the infection or hide the truth just depending on their closed relationship with his partner. If their disease was stable via treatment, they will be more active in sexual behavior. Even thought they were high-risk carrier, using or without using condom sill depends on their wills. (4) Smart phone and internet become the significant mediation for new generation to meet the new friends. (5) They highlight the sex and desire more than safe sex intercourse, and they consider the low rate to infect HIV without using the condoms.
